Honestly we get way more snow than almost anywhere else, so even when it's shit, it's still good. What's the worry?
I'm never scared to not get enough precipitation. Some of the biggest European rivers originate in this little country. A bad winter thus is a warm winter in which especially lower resorts can have problems. But if it happend to be a warm winter with mainly rain in the lower regions, there's always higher peaks, that will
have snow. And there's still glaciers. No, not concerned. But I'd definitely prefer a very cold winter like in the last two years, with heaps of pow, even if this means constant traffic chaos in the city and jams due to snow covered highways.
