Going to get one but altough i ride in cold conditions( 14-5 fahrenheit) worried it could be super super warm and bulky(I wear a burton midweight baselayer,a midweight hoodie). It has 100 gr polyfill on body and 60 gr at sleeves
If you already have that many layers just pick up a shell. I rode in -20F weather last season with my Homeschool shell, mid and base layer and was fine.
My eyes from the vents in my goggles were another story.
OK, then sounds like you may be better off with the insulated jacket. You can always remove the mid layer if you get too hot.
