Haha wow, thats going to be incredibly difficult.
If you are making just a few it will cost you more in materials and equipment than it would to just go out and buy them. It will also take more than a few failures until you get the trick of it.
Things you will need:
Materials
Thin sheets of wood
Epoxy (an assload of it)
Fiberglass sheets
Nuts for the bindings
Aluminium for the edge
Varnish for the topsheet
P-Tex for the base
Equipment:
A router
A drill
Silkscreen machine for any graphics
Press
Sander
Molds for the p-tex base
templates for the wood core
a machine to form the edge.
