I'm the exact same size as you (boots included) + 30 lbs. I rode the 158 Proto CTX 2 years ago and switched to the 157 Proto CT last year. It turns sooooo much easier and I still don't have any toe drag. The CTX is really wide and not necessary unless you have size 13 feet or larger. I've been riding for a decade... so if it is your second season you don't want anything that will make turning harder.
My ONLY complaint with the 2013 Proto CT was it was a little chattery at high speeds. I've heard going up to the 160 might help, but the board has a very long effective edge so turning would be a bit harder.
Since you just started, go for the 157 Proto CT. Again, I am 30 lbs heavier and had almost no issues with the 157, so you will be very happy on it. If you want a stiffer model, go for the SL in a similar size (upper 150s) and NOT the Legacy since it will be too wide.
I actually just picked up a '14 160 Proto HD (I know... I know... but working in the industry has its perks) and I'm almost regretting not going for the 157 again. The HD should be a bit more damp on the crud, but I don't really know if I actually need the extra 3 cm. I was thinking it would be better in powder and hold a better edge on steeps with my weight, but it feels pretty stiff compared to my 157 Proto CT... I'm just hoping the extra length won't hinder maneuverability in the trees/moguls.
