I haven't ridden the agent but had a mod 157w and currently have last years mod 162 (both in camber) which will be my daily out of a five-board quiver.
The mod is an interesting board which is a little hard to classify. It's easily as stiff as some of my freeride boards and with a long effective edge it rides a bit longer a given lenght would suggest. This makes it good at speed but not much fun when things get slow.
The mod has lots of camber and carbon which make it easy to send if you can load it up.
There are a few downsides though. The carbon and stiffness can make things a bit harsh on uneven snow. This can be mitigated somewhat by a damp binding but if you're reguarly riding beat up runs then I might choose something else. The profile isn't the best in pow either, ie camber with a fairly short and steep tip/tail.
That said, my riding is similar to yours. I prefer freeride boards in general but wanted something better for switch riding without losing the ability to charge. It really is a quality board but certainly not for everyone.
