Question Did I get ripped off?

Hello... I just got a used snowboard (K2 RESPITE) with bindings from eBay which was supposed to be in "nice condition" but I don't think it's so nice so I'm hoping someone could give me a more experienced opinion since it's my first time buying a board.

From the seller's pictures, it didn't look like there's anything wrong but after receiving it, my gut tells me it wasn't used for one season as claimed...

Here are pictures I took:

Is discoloration under the bindings normal? Not even sure if the original color was yellow or white after checking under the bindings...

Is it standard procedure to stick double sided tape under the bindings behind the disc? The bindings seemed to be stuck after I took off all the screws and the disc. After pulling a bit harder, it came off and it's apparent that double sided tape was used. However, my understanding is that the binding configuration may occasionally be changed and a snowboard and its bindings should be designed to do be able to do so without permanent damage. The double sided tape seemed to have damaged the bottom of the bindings a bit and possibly the board too after being separated.

Is this normal usage for a season, and would this be considered "nice condition"? The edges seems to very badly scuffed and certain parts of it seems to be entirely ripped off/gouged to the point where I can clearly see the wood underneath and the protective plastic around the edge is missing. There are also some deep scratches on the surface that seems to go down to the core. Even the rentals I get on the mountains do not look like this...

Is this safe to use? I feel somewhat cheated and am thinking of asking for a refund

Thanks!
