Default New Board for 40yr old intermediate

I've been rocking the Burton LTR rentals for 3 seasons now and I think it might be time to invest in a board. I can handle blue's (mostly) and did a few black (mostly on my ass, but I did it). I don't do any park, just want to carve the mountain.

I mostly go to VT and some day trips to NY & NJ. So it's all iced groomers - all day every day.

From my research it seems like the Rossi Templar is the way to go and prob going to get Rome 390 bindings.

I'm 40, 6ft tall and 185 lbs I wasthinking a 158 would do.

Any thoughts or alternate board suggestions?
