Based on demos I did on 2013 boards.
The most logical complement would be custom camber, giving you a board for hard pack and ice.
I thought Antler was softer than the custom.
If you're expecting lots if deep powder Flying V is of course better than custom but there are many better choices on the burton line. Sherlock is powder oriented, and then there are tapered boards like fish and barracuda.
All that said I think the antler at $300 is a great price, I'd jump on that.
