Gotcha. Just go talk to customer service. BE NICE! Don't go in there with an attitude demanding shit. They get that all the time. Be nice to them and a lot of times they'll bend over backwards to try to help you. Go in there being a dick and they're gonna go right by the book. You can apply that to just about anytime you're dealing with anyone in the service industry.
ya... i have literally been on hold with southwest for 42 min already... havent even had the chance to talk to anyone! there is a flight out of the eagle airport tomorrow thats $500.. wonder if they will just pay for that?
