I went on a yurt trip this weekend in the Bear River Range in Utah.

Me and 3 weirdo tele skiers essentially had an entire drainage to ourselves for 3 days. The yurt was in a cirque giving us really convenient access to a lot of
~1000 vertical foot medium angle slopes, which was good since literally every steep slope had slid during the last storm 2 weeks ago.

Here is an elusive picture of me actually doing some riding.

We had a good time riding stale but soft and fast recrystallized powder and facets. Its still a bit thin out there but enough to get the job done. Not bad for 2+weeks after that last snow.

This was my first time yurting and its something I definitely recommend. Its a really fun time.
