no offense, but you're still a beginner, if you cannot link your turns.
but... all it is, is just practice (with lots of crashing), and remembering not to use your torso as a balance.
One of the best things to do is observation..... when you're on the lift, look down and watch all the other beginners.... you will see them constantly lose balance because they are using their torso too much for balance. When you see an intermediate or advanced rider on the same trail, you'll see how smooth they are, and how they are not constantly shifting their upper body to maintain balance.
All you need to practice is slowly, from your heel side, turn so that you're pointing straight down, and then gradually go to toe side and vice versa. You're going to fall a lot.
But the movements to do so is actually very subtle... so don't overthink it too much (that's another common problem, overthinking it which causes you to crash).
One you get that basic long sweeping turns down, then you can work towards more rapid linking of your turns and so on.
It's gonna hurt, but once mentality it "clicks" with you.... you know you can progress forward.
Some people are faster learners than others.... It took me nearly a season to comfortably link my turns. I know people that did it in a day.
