Hey hey!

There's about 3 months til season starts again here.. and as snowboarding is the only excercise I do I've turned to crap over the summer.. So I've joined the gym..

What are some great things to do for ya body to improve your boarding?
I heard yogas pretty good.. but what else? (Besides the obvious just improving your fitness)
