disappointed with ions, more durable boots?

I just bought a pair of 2013 burton ions that I have put about 15-20 days on.

The response from these boots is really good, and they are comfy, but the durability is really disappointing for a pair of $400 boots!

The toe caps are already wearing pretty badly, there are scratches in the leather. Stitching is starting to come apart at the ankles where the rubber flex plate thingy is sewn on. And the worse part is the toe box is way to friggin soft. When I tighten up my toe strap it will literally deform the cap and I can feel it poking into my toe. My bindings are also 2013 cartels, no matter how I adjust the toe strap I can't seem to get a good fit.

I've heard nike makes durable boots, but they are too narrow for my feet. 32's also have this weird buldge in the footbed right underneath my pinky toe. Can anyone recommend a good durable boot for someone who does 100 days+ a season?
