Cold feet, need advice

For some reason whenever I ride My feet seem to get really cold, especially my toes. Im pretty sure its a combo of numb toes and the fact that they are cold. Its happened in every pair of boots that I have owned. Burton 32 and now my nikes. The only thing I can do is after a few hours of riding is take by boots off in the lodge and wait a little bit for my feet to warm back up( and probably gain circulation). My ZF1s i have now are super comfy and fit great. I only have a few rides on them so far. Maybe they need to be broken in more? Any help would be great.
