I workout maybe 2-3 times a week picking one of the many Beachbody programs.

p90x 1, 2,3, plus; Insanity , asylum 1,asylum 2, T25, Les Miles Combat.

key is variety and changing the workout every 3 weeks activating different muscles in different ways and the timing between the exercises.
