I'm looking to add a pow boards to take out west to help when it dumps. My question relates to size. I'm not keen to upsize too much over what I currently ride but instead looking at powder specific shapes at the same size to help. However, will that minimize the effect? In short, will a 153 Powder snake or a 154 Charlie Slasher be significantly better in pow than my 154 Proto? Or will I need to upsize to the 156 PS / 158 CS to see significant results?

I have a 158 Charlie and I weigh 160lbs in my boxers. I wish I had the 164, so I would say get the 158. That's my opinion with experience on a Charlie.
