I get a private lesson every few months just to pick up on things/bad habits I may have picked up, last one was November and went well, guy went over transition of weight front and back. I'd always keep getting a lesson as I feel it's always handy to have someone watch and then pick up and explain what could be done better.
Something I have found though, and my fiancée enjoyed this bit, I've always been regular stance, however, getting my fiancée to push me from behind several times, I never have a preferred foot that comes forward first, is it possible I could be goofy and this is affecting me?, even the sliding on sloppy floor technique I use one or the other. We Scottish are funny buggers.
