New bindings, loose screws on the straps

Greetings,

Yesterday I was configuring a new set of bindings. I moved the highbacks a bit, something I haven't done before. After finishing the left one I was reattaching the binding straps and noticed that, no matter how loose or tight I locked down the screws, it would always rotate along with the strap when I moved it, which felt a little weird to me. Especially since I can feel the screw loosening/tightening a tad as I rotate the strap. When I checked the right binding, which I didn't touch yet, that screw seemed to rotate as well. Is this normal? I check my brothers bindings, which don't seem to have this "issue".

Apart from this, how tight should i lock down screws on binding straps generally?

The bindings are 2014 Rossignol Cobra's.

Thanks
