Default Junior boots and bindings

I purchased my daughter a new board in Sep (Burton), sales rep, I feel was just trying to make a quick sale, didnt bother to inform me that for Burton board I needed Burton bindings and ended up selling me some cheap version of bindings (looked and felt plastic) but let me tell you wasnt any cheaper than adult ones. Went to mount her bindings on board in early Feb and to my surprise I was told the ones she had do not fit her Burton board.

I only got slightly mad at the fact that sales rep should have some knowledge when trying to sell boards/bindings/boots to customers. (you would think anyway), I completely trusted them Went back and they wanted me to pay $150 for bindings that were going to fit her board (adult size)... Now keep in mind I was told she needs Burton bindings for Burton board, guy at the store is trying to sell me non Burton bindings for $150... knowing about Burton company I gasped at how much would Burton ones be since I needed them. Turns out, these ones fit and I got them for just exchange of the old ones. They even mounted them free. Now my question is, with her growing so fast, next board I get her, what do I look for when buying boards and bindings? Obviously, it doesnt have to be Burton binding for Burton board. I just do not trust sales people anymore. Will these adult size ones last her quite some time? She is only 9.

Onto boots now, she is having a hell of a time fixing her boots. I keep on helping her get them on and trying to teach her but she pulls and she is just not strong enough to pull it to be tight. What other alternatives do I have?

Thank you for your help... this mama is too new to this..
