Maybe. You can freeride the TRS, but the TRS is more of a park board whereas the X is a freeride board.
It's the Total Ripper Series for a reason it does it all.
I spoke with Lib Tech and they claim this is an all mountain/freestyle board, not a park specific board.
Also, I spoke with the shop I bought the board from and they say that even though the board is soft
when your carpet riding it will be stiffer when actually on the mountain. Is this true?
My concern is chatter and washing out at speed or inclines. I appreciate the feedback.
Go ride the damn thing and you'll see what it can and can't do. I could spend all day buttering my 167 swallow tail summit R in my house doesn't mean I'd know how it rides on snow, it's like hand flexing a board.
