Is the GNU "Wax Infused Base" some kind of sintered hybrid base? Based on their website, it says "new wax is being exposed at the exact rate you ride." So my question is, does it need to be waxed as often as other bases or not at all?

Also, which has more flex... skate banana or GNU SS? Thanks
