Newbie needs help with snowboard gear!

Hola! I am new to snowboarding. I am an intermediate skier. Sometimes go on diamonds when it's not crowded. Now I was trying to learn snowboarding a few times but with all those painful falls it wasn't really happening. Until this season came.

Right now I am renting board from ski resorts but I have my own boots - Burton moto boots Size 8.

Now I want to buy board and bindings as well. And I need some help with that. I've looked around and decided to get Union flite pro. What do you guys think? I am worried they might be too "advanced" for me. I was thinking about buying burton freestyle but after reading multiple times how bad they were I decided to go with Union. I also wanted Rome shifts but couldn't find any of my size.

I am 5.9 feet tall guy, who weights around 154 lb

Now when it comes to boards I have 3 in mind.

one is Arbor Formula 155 Snowboard - 2013/2014.

2nd is Burton Ripcord Snowboard 154

and 3rd I found on craigslist Like New-2013 Salomon Man's Board (156) Snowboard-2013 Award Winner! - $200

I don't want just a "beginner" board so I can buy a new one later. But I cant afford something too expensive. I also don't know how board performance will affect my learning experience. So far I can easily turn both ways, very confident on my heels, struggling on my toes if it's too steep. Doing greens, can do some Blues. But I never took instructions from anyone and just recently started watching videos on you tube and realized how much off "basics" I didn't learn. Considering taking one beginners lesson.

PS. sorry for sloppy English, it's my 3rd language.
Pss. sorry for the wall of text.
Psss. Thank you in advance!
