I have 32 boots size 14. Going to buy a new board soon so quick replies are appreciated.

I wear size 14 Moto boots with Drake Super Sport bindings.
My board is a K2 Format Wide 165 with:
8.4 m dual progressive sidecut
27.1cm waist width
I ride with 22in stance width
Back foot is 0 or -3, front is like 21

I had to mount the bindings as far back as possible toward the heel side by using the slots in the base plate and adjust the heel cups all the way back so that my feet were centered on the board. Otherwise my toes were hanging over much farther than my heels. This is something else you might want to think about. If your bindings aren't as adjustable, your toes might be hanging off even with a wide board.
Anyway, after these adjustments I have never had a problem with heel/toe drag. I have also ridden an old Lamar 159 that had about a 26.7 ww and I didn't have any issues but it was getting pretty close.
I wouldn't go under 26 1/2 but with your 15/-15 angles you may be able to squeeze out a couple more hundredths (as long as you have the same or greater stance width).
