Every time I go for a spin, whether it be a 180 or a 720, I always seem to cork my body instead of doing a regular spin and I always land on my butt/back. I'm assuming it's because I pre-spin a bit too hard and more or less punch down with my left arm when I go for a backside spin (I'm regular) but I don't know how to fix my body from getting corked every time. Any suggestions?
So you can't land 180s but you go for 720s?
