Pro rider stance observation

So I was watching the newest edit on and I couldn't help but notice that Torstein seemed to have more board area from his back binding to his tail than his front binding to his nose (from my understanding he is a regular footed rider). I wonder if by doing this it makes his switch tricks feel more natural since he would be riding a setback stance when he is switch. Anyone have any insight?
