Wow. That is the one thing the military really got right. It would be nive if they did that in the normal U.S. criminal court system. They you wouldn't have all this bullshit plea-bargaing going on that often ends up putting innocent people in jail.

But to thew point of of your post, yeah, that shit is really messed up.
