and also, religion is largely interpretative. hell, no scripture was ever written in modern english! so 'wrongful use' is highly subjective.
is there a commandment stating 'thou shall not defend thyself'?
hahahahaaaaa a coin drops?
yeah... much better to be a kiddie fiddler than a gun toter!
I'll group my responses together.
Killing is implied with responsible gun ownership.
Bible touters don't believe interpetation of the bible, it is the word of God, not man.
Self defense doesn't have to involve a gun( but it does help)
The world has had more that it's fair share of problems when church interferes with state. Hell, most of the Republican party wouldn't have a leg to stand on if it wasn't for the moral whip of the bible belt. Go ask Bush if he believes in dinosaurs or Adam and Eve. Or abortion, stem cell research, gay rights( think Cheney hahahah), enviornmental issues etc. Then ask him if the bible tells him to believe that.
Still stand by my hyprocritical, guilt ridden Roman Catholics. Just like the Irish.
