Maybe it's the trick of the fish eye lens, but that looked like more than enough room to stop if I was on a bike.

Is straightening to become less aerodynamic part of braking?

As I said, I really don't want to get into a big debate about the cop's actions, I have no interest in defending him, there was no reason to swerve. But when I first saw the video, I thought it was just a car taking a left. I could see myself taking that left, I could see my elderly mom taking that left. What if a car had come out of that side street and just accelerated slowly?

Were they riding too fast for conditions?
