I'm just now dabbling in and still researching proper long boarding, so I'm no expert, but Yes! I do believe it is. At least one method. The guy who went down on his hands,.. (wearing slide gloves no doubt.) he slid HARD, and still just barely got clear. Guy on the right did go by, but not a lot of room and near the curb? He could have hit or slid on anything that caused him to crash. (...of course that's why "I" wouldn't be riding that fast, on that street!)

But once agin, he was FORCED to attempt that maneuver! Cop is Douche!!
