brian, what were you when we were in the mountains and what weight have you dropped to now?
My actual "weight" hasn't dropped that much because I've been replacing body fat with muscle. I lift weights on my lunch break and get cardio in either before or after work. I've been doing two-a-days during the week for a few months now and it has paid off immensely!
I was probably 180 or a little more then and I'm 175 now.
