Default New gear news from NWT3k

I emailed NWT3k about their bibs not having a back and got some cool new back.

My email:
Hey guys,

I met a guy up at Stevens Pass who was wearing your stuff, he said it was top notch. Im interested in getting some pants for this winter but there is one thing holding me back.

I usually wear bibs because the back flap keeps snow out of my pants, is there any way you guys could add a back flap to your bib add-on, it could easily be the same shape as the front piece without the pocket. maybe a little shorter and just have them overlap at the base rather than have a zipper. Just seems silly to have a bib option that kind of defeats the purpose of having bibs(keeping snow out).

Really cool business concept and seems like high quality gear from what I saw.

Thanks for your time.

their reply:

Hey Riley,

Thanks for your interest, man!

Good news -- we've specifically revised our bib design to combat that exact problem. Our new, 2014/15 bib will feature this revised bib design with a larger flap in the back, and no gaps on the sides. Just like you mentioned, to keep the snow out.

Also, our 2014/15 gear will feature out new 20k/20k fabric (we haven't yet announced this).

Feel free to shoot over any other questions you have.

Cheers

i asked when the new gear would be available and they said september.

I don't own anything from them yet, but i'm planning on getting at least a pair of the new bibs. I met several people at Stevens pass with the jackets, they really liked them.

I don't work for nor am i affiliated with this company, just sharing info i got. link:http://nwt3k.com/outerwear/custom-snowboard-pants
