What is a website that is reliable and sells all-temp waxes?

Depends on what your riding... And don't just buy all temp

Do your wax research and you will see that waxes all have a range they work in.

Typically when a base begins to look chalky or feel sticky, you should wax

I just bought some one ball jay soy wax, since I was running low and read a couple of threads about how the flourocarbons in waxes get in the snow and then into the streams. I like hiking in the mountains in the off season and hate to think that my riding is polluting those beautiful mountain streams.
Just a though, if you're eco-conscious at all. Bluebird has some eco-friendly wax, as well as most other companies. Haven't used mine yet, but from what I've read, you'll want to scrape it while still warm - the stuff is hard and lasts quite a while too.

edit:
looks like REI still has some. I grabbed two bars b/c its on sale:
