Try dialing back the angle on you left binding just a degree or two and see if that helps. You can also decrease the angle of tilt on your hi-back. Take note of your set-up and make small adjustments to see if it works.
Also where in the knee doesn it hurt and did you take any serious crashed that might have caused the pain? Is it swelling or discolored(bruised)?
