many thx
I demoed one a couple of seasons back. Not bad, not great. If you have super big feet though it's one of your only real options. The Nitro Magnum is similar in width as well. What type of riding are you looking to do? What size foot do you have? The one thing I will say about the El Grande is that for it's size it was actually pretty light.

I ride a Rome Flag 168 right now which is a solid wide board but it's bit burly and can definitely ride you if you get lazy with it. Definitely a beast if you're trying to charge something though. That board loves big steep faces and snow bowls but not very playful beyond that. If you're just free-riding it's worth looking into but I wouldn't want to ride it with feet bigger than my 13's. I ride 18, -12 and still get some decent toe hang and will catch a heel or toe if I'm really laying into it at a sharp angle every once in a while.
