Default A good binding setup guide for beginners?

I looked around the forums and found sedition's guide in the stickies Everything about snowboard stance. Is there a better, more in detail guide that you all use to set up your bindings? I realized that most here don't need guides to help them, but this will be my first time setting up my board and I want to make sure I completely understand the reasoning behind how I set up my stance on the board. My new EST bindings are supposed to be delivered sometime in the next week for my ICS board, and I definitely don't have much knowledge on setting up my own equipment. I've only had about 6 days on the slopes in the last couple of seasons, but I'm hoping to get much more time on the slopes this upcoming season.

A few things I've read:

1. Stance width needs to be around the length of your kneecap to the ground.
2. Stance needs to be centered over the width of the board.
-not sure how this works with the EST bindings, but I haven't gotten to look at them yet.

I plan to do a +15/-15 duck stance and change that depending on how it feels on the slopes. I've only ridden whatever the rental shops have set up for me, so I don't know what I've been using.

My V-Rocker also has a set back stance. With ICS can I change that to a more centered stance? What would this change?
