Adjusting the highback on burton p1.1

I presume that I'll end up sounding like a total retard, but I probably am just that.

I disassembled a pair of p1.1 so i could transport the snowboard. When lowered, the highback sticks out a lot on the side of the board. Now when i try to set them back they are always a bit crooked. My forums had three pair of holes and it was just a matter of choosing the right pair.
