I found a pretty rad spot, just scoped it out again this weekend to take a closer look. it's a vacant office building on Stephenson Highway in Troy. Setup is basically the loading dock area which has the following:
- a three-segment flat rail which is nice and low to approach
- approximately 30ft down concrete ledge, very slight decline maybe 15 degrees
- approximately 10ft down concrete ledge, again a very slight decline
- concrete wall maybe 6ft high and 20ft long that could be used as a wall-ride or something to jib/grind
