when i flew into utah last yr..i did plenty of airline research as far as bag limitations....i flew with frontier by the way.
what i mean by that is, they might or may not be anal if they see more than one board in ur bag. the small print says that an oversized bag may be voided of extra fees if for example its a specialized bag for one set of bindings, one board or skiis and one set of boots.
i may be wrong about all this and cant speak for other airlines, but those were frontier's rules and i made sure not to be fucked on the day of my departure
all im saying is maybe ull get away with it, but seriously i wouldnt take that chance
