I rode a pair of RX bindings all last season and they are solid bindings. The only reason I got new ones is because my new boots were big for them. The only problems I ran into were the rachets sticking and the toe strap slipping off my boot. To solve the ratchet sticking you need to push down on the lever rather that pulling it up and it releases every time.
