Well the Nitranes will be a little better than the Contrabands for you style. They are good bindings, a couple guys I work with ride them and I'll have them on my LE this year.

Flows are honestly the best they've been this year. You might look at M9's.

When you say cassette, I'm guessing you meant Cinch. The Cassette is a womens park/freestyle binding and judging by your 158w Decade, I'm assuming you're a dude. Cinch's are meh in my opinion. Speed entry doesn't do much for me, the reason I ride Flows on one of my boards is for the comfort. I can strap in just fine and dandy fast, so the big thing with Flows for my is the one strap comfort.

Other two strappers to check would be Flux DS45's, Union Data's, or Ride Deltas.
