Definitely save often or better yet set the Autosave to do it for you like every 10 minutes.

You really review your clips in reg speed? I fastforward through most of the shit, then regular speed & slo-mo of the stuff that looks promising. Your step 5 & 6 is the same as my step 6 i just didn't detail it that much
