Completely absurd: the default state of "religion".
This is a really very good, fundamental point which deserves emphasizing IMO.
But with efforts such as xmas, easter, baptism, christenings, youth clubs etc.... not to mention births, deaths and marriages all being religocentric, you can see where the indulgence in such comes from.
tell a lie often and loud enough and it eventually becomes 'truth'.
meanwhile, those who fail to appreciate the meaning of the word 'theism' (as in atheism
) even in threads they start, probably still labour under the 'faith' that iraq has weapons of mass destruction (as per Dubya surmon).
thinking just ain't for everyone!
