I am new so I can't tell you about the flexibility but they haven't hindered my riding at all. I love the power straps, I have "zero" strap pain. When I press my foot front/back my board flexes and turns. The speed and comfort are awesome like I said.
I had Bent Metal last year and these are light years ahead of them.
My oldest boy has M9's and the younger has "Five's". I prefer the design of the M9's the ratchets point up so snow doesn't pack in the ratchets and click them. This is happening to the Five's I had to zip tie the ratchets down to prevent this.
