Now I know I'm SOL as far as the store I bought them from is concerned, but do you guys think I should contact Rome? Can something like this be fixed on the relatively cheap at a ski shop? The principle side of me says contact Rome and tell them about their faulty product because something like this shouldn't happen after 3 hours of use, but the pragmatic side says I want to snowboard again soon and getting this fixed from Rome if they do decide to help will not be a quick turnaround.
Anyone encounter this scenario before? Thanks!
Go to Rome's site and contact them and send them a pic with the message. They have absolutely great warranty service and most likely they'll just send you a new strap. Better to get a new one than to repair it.
