would the burton cartels be a better binding for mountian then both of these? they seem to have a high stiffness rating
The Targa is stiffer than the 390 and softer than the Arsenal. For a powder stick, I think you want the Arsenal. For a general All Mountain riding, I think the Targa would be the better choice. Plus the Targa is adjustable.
