Central Maine could use another prison or two -- I don't care if they're private or not. As it stands, the state lets multiple-conviction child molesters, multiple-conviction rapists, and multiple-conviction drunk drivers out as soon as possible to create room. Raped a 13 year old? 30 years all but 4 suspended!
But hey, at least they get rehabilitated before they're released right?
