Try setting our bindings to 15,-15 - 18, -18 and put the stance fairly wide on your snowboard. It will be easier to learn how to carve with a wider stance. Do not switch the bindings around, because it will only mess you up when you switch them again and you'll be even sloppier when it comes to riding switch again. Just set the bindings equal and practice carving and such with a wider stance.
