If you like variety, the best deal, bar none, is to join something like the CT Ski Council. You don't have to be a CT resident...I have several Mass friends who have joined. You join for about $35 (different local clubs have different rates, usually even cheaper than that), and your lift tickets are never more than $45. Most are in the $25-$35 range, for all the VT mountains -- Killy, Snow, Okemo, Jay, Burke, and the best deal ever, Stowe for $94 for a 3-day pass. Stowe is usually $84 A DAY. The caveat: they make deals with the mountains, and you have to ride where their deals are on any given weekend. For instance, Sun-Wed of this week, Stratton tix have been $35. Then Thur-Sat, Jay Peak for $30. Sun-Mon is Sunapee (NH) for $33. Stratton, Pico, Loon, Waterville, Ragged...it's the best freakin' deal on the planet. You just have to be willing to ride according to the ski club schedule. Like I said, if you like variety, it's the best thing going.
