I'm riding a Gnu Carbon Credit right now and i absolutely love it, so...i would pick gnu :P
but for a board under $300, you could look at the Ride agenda Agenda Snowboard | All Mountain Freestyle | Ride Snowboards
My friend has a Ride crush, and another with the machete... they both love them
