Once I get better I'll venture out to other places more. I just started a month ago and have been sticking to Brighton so I can go as much as possible.
I can toeside carve, I'm weak heelside. I'll be working on that tomorrow.
That's kind of odd. It's usually the other way around. People have issues with toeside rather than heelside.
I assume you know how to stop heelside though? That is a great way to work on your heelsides. Start doing long carves heelside and gradually go into the stopping motion. This will get you comfortable with heel edge control.
Also, a little forward lean on your binding's highback will help with heelside power. Just start with a slight lean though and see if that helps.
